Since May 2021, Lumio Leadership has welcomed Maaike, with her inquisitve outloook towards others, into their team. Her calendar frequently extends because well, there’s always “one more captivating story!” Her genuine warmth and hospitality naturally help people feel at ease, enabling her te swiftly establish an inclusive and educational atmosphere during assessments, team sessions, or coaching.

Thanks to her background in the staffing and recruitment industry, she has traversed a diverse range of industries and organizations, from small businesses to large corporations, giving her the ability to understand the workplace issues empathetically.

Outside of work, you might come across her in one of the beautiful forests around Valkenburg, where she covers miles weekly, whether it’s running, on the hockey field, or chasing after her young family at home. She also enjoys socializing in good company with delicious food and drinks.
