Bas has been a partner at Lumio Leadership since August 2019 and since then has been using his deep experience in Business Development and Change Management to help our clients through times of change. In addition to extensive experience, Bas brings along a wealth of energy! Bas is at his best when he can put his shoulders to the wheel with his feet in the clay. Not just coaching and advising along the line, but actually driving change by temporarily leading and shaping the organization.

In his spare time, Bas enjoys fishing, soccer, camping, good food….and preferably together with his wife and 2 kids. Bas effortlessly alternates between being an entrepreneur, a consultant and a family man.
