Our story

In 2014, Next Step Talent Group was founded. The focul points were in line with what you would expect from that name: Talent Management and Talent Development. The growth and evolution of the company followed various beautiful paths, as we wrote the story of our company along the way. With the addition of Bas Blezer and Erwin Lennertz, the current owners of the company, there was a greater emphasis on service delivery. Since 2020, we have become more specific in our focus on leadership development and in 2023, we are taking the step to focus 100% on this topic. We came to the conclusion then that our name no longer aligns with our mission; we stand for enlightened leadership. We help organizations shed light on their focus areas, make things clear and transparent and empower the leaders within the organization. The new name that aligns with this vision and mission: Lumio Leadership.
